The teaser of the short film Maya, starring Ashok Selvan and Priya Anand, has been released. Presented by Gautam Menon's Ondraga Entertainment, the short film is directed by Ani IV Sasi, who also helmed the recently released Ashok Selvan-starrer Ninnila Ninnila (Theeni in Tamil). "Maya takes you through the journey of a man, who dreams of becoming a successful director," reads the plotline.

Produced by I.We Productions, the release date of the film is yet to be announced. Divakar Mani, whose works include Ranarangam and Ninnila Ninnila, has cranked the camera for Maya.

Ani IV Sasi also served as a co-writer on the Mohanlal-starrer Marakkar: Arabikadalinte Simham, which was awarded the Best Feature Film at the 67th National Film Awards.

Meanwhile, Ashok Selvan, who has also acted in Marakkar: Arabikadalinte Simham, will also be seen in Hostel, co-starring Priya Bhavani Shankar.
