We had previously reported that director Sundar C is working on the third part of the Aranmanai franchise. With the film's shoot wrapped up last year itself, it's now known that the climax portion alone has been shot on a budget of Rs 1.5 crore.

Shot in a span of 16 days, the set for the climax portion has been created by 300 workers. 200 background performers are said to have been a part of this sequence for which the CG works took six months to complete. A statement from the makers states that the third film in the Aranmanai franchise will be larger in scale in comparison to the first two films.

Starring Arya, Raashi Khanna, and Sundar C in lead roles, the film also has actors like Vivek, Yogi Babu, Sakshi Agarwal, Sampath, Manobala, and Vela Ramamoorthy. With Sundar C's usual collaborator UK Senthil Kumar handling the cinematography, C Sathya is composing music for Aranmanai 3.
