One of Tollywood's successful actor-director combinations, Gopichand and Sriwass, is reuniting yet again for a family drama. To be bankrolled by TG Vishwa Prasad under People Media Factory, the film marks Gopi's third collaboration with Sriwass after Lakshyam (2007) and Loukyam (2014). Set in Kolkata, the story of this untitled film is being written by Bhupathi Raja. The film's concept poster was released by the makers on Wednesday.

"The film has a unique story and will present Gopi in a never-seen-before avatar. Like Gopi's earlier outings with Sriwass, this film is also loaded with a good dose of comedy, action, romance, and emotions. The backdrop of Kolkata will add a different dimension to the story. The principal photography will commence soon after Gopi wraps up Pakka Commercial," the makers said in a statement.

Currently working for Maruthi's forthcoming comedy Pakka Commercial, Gopi is also in advance talks for a film with director Teja. He is also awaiting the release of Aaradugula Bullet, which has been lying in the cans due to unforeseen circumstances.
