Tamil remake of Android Kunjappan launched with Tharshan and Losliya

The film will go on floors on February 15 in Tenkasi and will also star KS Ravikumar

The 2019 hit Malayalam film Android Kunjappan Version 5.25 is being remade in Tamil. Titled Google Kuttappan, ace director KS Ravikumar, who nabbed the remake rights of the film, will be bankrolling the project. His assistants Sabari and Saravanan, who had assisted the filmmaker for more than a decade, will be jointly directing the film.

Google Kuttappan will go on floors on February 15 in Tenkasi. The makers are planning to shoot the film in Chennai, Tenkasi, and Pollachi.

The film will star KS Ravikumar along with Bigg Boss-fame Tharshan and Losliya. The cast also includes Yogi Babu, Manobala, and Maariappan. Google Kuttappan will have music by Ghibran.

Directed by Ratheesh Balakrishnan Poduval, Android Kunjappan starred Suraj Venjaramoodu, Soubin Shahir, and Sooraj Thelakkad.
