Rajavardan’s first film made under his home banner of Red Diamond Productions has been titled Chakri. Directed by Kumaresh, the film is written by writer-director Hari Santhosh, who came up with the plot that is based on a true scam. Rajavardan is the son of well-known actor Dingri Nagaraj, who has worked in more than 500 films. 

The title, Chakri, suits the plot, said the production house. The team is happy to have procured the title from producer Anaji Nagaraj, who is said to have agreed to their request.

The Bicchugathii hero will undergo a major transformation for the role. He recently finished a photoshoot for the same.

The film is now in the pre-production stage, and the shooting is scheduled to start by the end of March.

The production house, which is currently finalising the cast and crew of the project, recently brought onboard composer Nakul Abhyankar.
