Prabhu Solomon turns actor for Azhagiya Kanne

The film is directed by R Vijayakumar, an erstwhile assistant to National Award-winning director Seenu Ramasamy

Director Prabhu Solomon, known for films like Kumki and Mynaa, is making his acting debut with an upcoming film titled Azhagiya Kanne. The film is directed by R Vijayakumar, who has previously assisted National Award-winning director Seenu Ramasamy.

Prabhu Solomon was reportedly impressed by Vijayakumar's script and accepted the role. However, details about his character are still under wraps. 

Leo Sivakumar, son of popular TV personality Dindigul I Leone, is making his debut as the hero with Azhagiya Kanne. The film also stars Sanchita Shetty as the female lead.

Meanwhile, Prabhu Solomon is awaiting the release of his multilingual project, Kaadan. The film will also be out in Hindi and Telugu as Haathi Mere Saathi and Aranya, respectively. The director last helmed the 2016 Dhanush-starrer Thodari
