Ninnila Ninnila, which marks the debut of Ashok Selvan in Telugu, will have a direct digital release on ZeePlex on February 26. Directed by Ani IV Sasi, the romantic entertainer tells the story of an obese chef, who weighs around 100 kg and suffers from muscle spasms.

Speaking about the film, Ashok says, "Ninnila Ninnila is vastly different from the films I have been a part of in the past. The story is replete with emotions and the film will make everyone smile. We had a blast while shooting and I urge everyone to watch it on February 26."

Also starring Ritu Varma and Nithya Menen, the film's Tamil version has been titled Theeni. It is also poised for a theatrical release in the USA, Middle East, and Australia on February 26 in Telugu and Tamil.
