Vismaya Gowda is making his directorial debut with a film titled Dear Kanmani. Starring Kishen Bilagali and Saathvika, the project was launched on Valentine’s Day. The film’s name and the first look were unveiled at the muhurath, which was a starry affair that featured Vikranth Rona hero Sudeep sounding the clapboard.

Besides handling direction, Vismaya is also producing the film. A romantic drama, Dear Kanmani will have cricketer Praveen making his acting debut as well.

The film, which is currently on floors, will be shot in Coorg, Mysuru and Bengaluru.
