Suriya tests positive for COVID-19, urges people to stay safe

The actor revealed that he had undergone treatment for COVID-19 and he was feeling better

Actor Suriya, late on Sunday, revealed that he had tested positive for Covid-19 recently.

In a social media post, he said, "After being affected by Covid-19 recently, I underwent treatment for the same, and I am good now. We all know that our lives haven't returned to normal. However, we shouldn't be cowed down by fear.  We need to be careful and be aware of the situation. I extend my love and gratitude to the doctors."

Suriya, who recently starred in Soorarai Pottru, currently has a number of films including Vetri Maaran's Vaadi Vaasal, and Pandiraj's next.
