Filming of the first schedule of director M Padmakumar's next film, starring Indrajith and Suraj Venjaramoodu, is underway at Thodupuzha.

The film is billed as a thriller and sees Padmakumar returning to the genre after the success of Joseph. Abhilash Pillai has penned the script.

The yet-to-be-untitled film has Aditi Ravi and Swasika Vijay as the female leads. Ratheesh Ram, who worked under cinematographer Shaji Kumar, is behind the camera, while Shameer Muhammed handles the editing. Ranjin Raj is working on the music.

Meanwhile, Indrajith has a bunch of exciting releases lined up. He will be seen next in Dulquer Salmaan-starrer Kurup, the sports drama Aaha, and an investigative drama titled Anuradha Crime No. 59/2019. Suraj, on the other hand, has Roy, Jana Gana Mana, and Kaanekkaane coming up.
