Actor Gouri Kishan has tested positive for COVID-19. The 96-actor announced the news via her official Twitter handle.

In the statement, the actor stated that she has been in home quarantine for the past week and that she is being taken good care of. "There's absolutely nothing to worry about, as I have been following my doctor's advice and am getting better," she added.

On the work front, Gouri's Malayalam debut, Anugraheethan Antony, hit theatres yesterday. The actor, who was last seen in Lokesh Kanagaraj's Master earlier this year, will also be seen in Mari Selvaraj's upcoming film Karnan, alongside Dhanush.
