The first look poster of Vichithiran, the Tamil remake of the 2018 Malayalam film Joseph, is here. Bankrolled by director Bala, the remake will be helmed by M Padmakumar, who also directed the original.

While RK Suresh is playing the lead role, the film also has Poorna and Madhushalini. Joseph starred Joju George in the lead.

Vichithiran has music by GV Prakash and cinematography by Vetri. The poster of the remake closely resembles that of the original. 

Vichithiran was last in the news for the massive physical transformation that RK Suresh has undergone for his role. The film features the actor in two looks and Suresh, who had gained more than 20 kg for one look, has also reportedly lost a lot of weight for the other.
