Reeves will collaborate in the production with 6th and Idaho Productions’ Adam Kassan. Actor Aaron Berg will work on scripting the film and will also be involved in its production.

Matt Reeves is widely known for his WB drama series Felicity and his sci-fi horror film series Cloverfield.

Reeves' new Batman film, starring Robert Pattinson in the titular role, is set for release in 2021. The shooting of the movie resumed after a two-week hiatus due to Covid-19 concerns.
