Pataas girl Shruti Sodhi has teamed up with actor Srikanth for Marana Mrudangam. Directed by Venkatesh Rebba, the action-packed revenge drama will start rolling in November.

"Srikanth plays a never-seen-before character. The pre-production works have already been completed and we will commence the principal photography in the second week of November in Hyderabad," says Dr Kunchapu Ramesh, the producer of the film.

Apart from this film, Srikanth will also be seen in the Puneet Rajkumar-starrer James in Kannada. Shruti, on the other hand, also plays the female lead in Vaadu Veedu Kaadhu.
