Vikram Prabhu is set to star in director Karthik Chowdary's debut film, Paayum Oli Nee Yenakku. Vani Bhojan, who was recently seen in Oh My Kadavule, will play the female lead opposite Vikram. This project also marks the Tamil debut of popular Kannada actor Dhananjay. 

The announcement poster features a sketch of Vikram Prabhu’s face, juxtaposed with a road. However, the genre of the film is yet to be revealed.

Paayum Oli Nee Yenakku will have cinematography by Sridhar of Pariyerum Perumal fame and music by Mahati Swara Sagar, son of popular music director Mani Sharma. The film will go on floors in November.  

Vikram Prabhu was last seen in Asuraguru and Vaanam Kottatum earlier this year. Apart from Paayum Oli Nee Yenakku, he also has Ponniyin Selvan in the pipeline.
