We had previously reported that Silambarasan will be teaming up with director Suseenthiran for a film titled Eeswaran. The film's shooting, which happened in Dindigul, has been wrapped up in a single schedule.

Interestingly, Simbu's portions were completed just a couple of days ago in a span of 22 days, making it the fastest Simbu film to be shot in recent times. 

Simbu took to Twitter, shared a poster and wrote: "Shoot Completed. Eeswaran teaser for Diwali. I heartfully thank each and every one of my team Eeswaran for this beautiful journey and special thanks to all my fans for all the love and support."

Said to be a rural entertainer, Eeswaran also stars Niddhi Agerwal, Nandita Swetha, and Bala Saravanan.
