Adam Sandler to star in Netflix film Hustle

Actor Adam Sandler is set to star in the Netflix movie Hustle, directed by Jeremiah Zagar, known for her work in We the Animals. The film will be produced by Sandler under the banned of Happy Madison,  Roth/Kirschenbaum Films, and LeBron James and Maverick Carter's SpringHill Entertainment.

The script is being developed by Taylor Materne and Will Fetters. Sandler plays the lead role of an American basketball scout in the film. After losing his job, he finds a foreign player and brings him to the US to help him qualify for the NBA.

Sandler was last seen on screens in Uncut Gems (2019), which opened to positive reviews and even won him a Spirit Award. He has already worked with Netflix in Jennifer Aniston's Murder Mystery.
