Actor Tara Reid, popular for role in American Pie, is in talks to star as Carole Baskin in the upcoming film adaptation of the Netflix documentary series, Tiger King.

Her manager Philippe Ashfield has said the American Pie star is in touch with the producers of the anticipated film. "We are in talks with the producers and she is being considered, that is all I can say at the moment as casting is on hold," Ashfield told The Post. "Tara loves Tiger King and found the documentary extremely interesting. She feels she could get into the character of Carole Baskin very well and she has a similar look to Baskin."

Tiger King is an eight-episode true-crime docu-series about Joseph Exotic and his feud with Baskin, which eventually lands him in jail for an alleged murder-for-hire plot and several other offences.
