After a Twitter account created in the guise of veteran Tamil comedian Senthil went viral on social media, he has released a video and clarified that it is fake. He further stated that he is not part of any social media platform.

In a video statement shared by PRO Diamond Babu, Senthil dismissed these rumours and advised everyone to practice safety precautions and stay safe amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. 

Senthil, who first made his debut back in 1979 with the film Oru Koyil Iru Dheepangal, recently made his small screen debut with the tele-serial Rasathi.
