Singer Tulsi Kumar has voiced a new version of Phir Na Milen Kabhi, the popular romantic track from Malang (2020). The song was originally sung and composed by Ankit Tiwari with lyrics by Prince Dubey. Tulsi’s version features music by Bharat Goel and was released on YouTube by T-Series. The music video has been directed by Shakti Hasija.

“Honestly, when I heard the song Phir Na Milen Kabhi from Malang, I fell in love with the melody, the intensity, and the lyrics,” Tulsi shared. “I remember calling Ankit and telling him the song is a beautiful composition. I also told him I'll be surprising him soon.”

Talking about her version, Tulsi added, “The reprise's music is very rhythmic, completely based on minimalistic instruments and vocal-centric. It is quite calming and relaxing.”

Several musicians have been releasing their work online amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. Tulsi hopes her music brings comfort to people in these trying times. “It’s a very crucial condition but we cannot lose hope. Also, as artists, it is our primary duty to relax people in this critical situation of COVID-19 through our music,” the singer said.
