Actor Ravi Teja is all set to join hands with writer-turned-director Vakkantham Vamsi for a racy action entertainer.

Vamsi, who began his career as a writer with Kalusukovalani (2002), has provided scripts for Ravi Teja's Kick, Kick 2, and Touch Chesi Chudu. He made his directorial debut with the Allu Arjun-starrer Naa Peru Surya - Naa Illu India, which was failed to make an impression at the box office.

While the female lead and other cast and crew of the upcoming project are yet to be finalised, the film is expected to go on floors in the second half of this year.

Last seen in Disco Raja, Ravi Teja is currently shooting for Krack in Rajahmundry. He is also committed to work in a film each with directors Ramesh Varma and Trinadha Rao Nakkina.
