Atharvaa will don Khaki again for his next film with debutant director Ravindra Madhava. Produced by Michael Rayappan, the film will have Lavanya Tripathi play the female lead.

In a statement, director Ravindra has said that Lavanya’s role in the film is of key importance. “The character is mature, bold, wise and doesn’t think twice to make a decision. She travels throughout the film and also questions the antagonist. Finally, we are happy to have Lavanya Tripati onboard and I’m sure her presence is going to add more value to the role.”

Lavanya was last seen in Tamil in CV Kumar’s Maayavan. Interestingly, Atharvaa played a cop in Sam Anton’s 100, which was his last release as well. The actor is currently working on Sri Ganesh’s Kuruthi Aattam, and is also headlining Thalli Pogathey, which is the Tamil remake of Ninnu Kori.
