Actor Ranjith, who is known for films like Pandavar Bhoomi and Nesam Pudhusu, has now forayed into small-screen. The actor will be playing the lead in Vijay TV’s new serial, Sendhoora Poove. The series began airing on the channel recently.

Sendhoora Poove revolves around the life of a widower, played by Ranjith, who has two daughters. However, circumstances push him to marry a much younger woman.

While production for television soaps had been stopped due to the coronavirus pandemic, the Tamil Nadu government recently permitted production crews to begin shooting for television shows, with the necessary precautions. As a result, several channels have now started to return to their original programming.
