Filming completed for Khalid Rahman's next

The makers of Khalid Rahman's new film announced today the completion of their yet-to-be-titled project which began filming less than a month ago. Starring Shine Tom Chacko and Rajisha Vijayan, it is a small-scale film shot completely indoors by a 30-member technical team who followed all the necessary protocols.

Ashiq Usman is bankrolling the film which is Khalid's third after Anuraga Karikkin Vellam and Unda. "During this pandemic time, our team went ahead boldly to make a movie following the government protocols. By God’s grace, we have completed the shoot. I would like to thank everyone who stood by us during these challenging times. Your support means a lot to us," wrote Ashiq Usman on his social media page.

It is the first new Malayalam film that started production after the three-month lockdown. Said to be a story of a husband and wife, the film also features Veena Nandakumar, Sudhi Koppa, Gokulan and Johny Antony.
