Malayalam short film Oppam, starring actor Nandhu and directed by Sreevarun, has been getting a positive response on social media for its thoughtful Covid-19 awareness discussion and heartfelt tribute to the relentless efforts of health professionals. Sreevarun directed it from his own story and screenplay.

Also featuring Renu Soundar, Harishree Martin, Aju Thomas, the short film was presented by Mohanlal. It was shot by Pramod K Pilla and produced by Pixel Cube from a concept by Sajeev Soman.

Arun Vijay has composed the music and Kapil Krishna has edited it.
