Mahesh Babu is all set to team up with his Maharshi director Vamshi Paidipally for a new movie. According to a source, the film is a spy-thriller and will have the 44-year-old actor as a secret agent.

"The role of Mahesh Babu in the film is inspired by James Bond. The film shows Mahesh as a suave undercover agent who is on a secret mission. It's going to be a stylish and slick thriller blended with family drama and romance. The film will go on floors in May," reveals a source.

Mahesh has earlier played an intelligence officer in director AR Murugadoss' SPYder. The actor's recent release Sarileru Neekevvaru opened to good response and Mahesh has flown to an undisclosed location for a family vacation.
