Aranmanai 3, the third instalment of Sundar C's money-spinning franchise, has reportedly gone on floors today. Given the titular palace plays an important part in the franchise, the first schedule of Aranmanai 3 is set to be shot in Rajkot, Gujarat.

Continuing with the franchise's tradition of having a huge ensemble, Aranmanai 3 also features a list of stars like Arya, Raashi Khanna, Andrea Jeremiah, Vivekh, Yogi Babu, Sakshi Agarwal, and Sundar C himself. 

With Arya expected to join the shoot in Rajkot, the first schedule is planned for 25 days. 

Composer Sathya, who gained critical acclaim for his work in Oththa Seruppu 7, has been roped in for Aranmanai 3. 

Meanwhile, Arya is awaiting the release of Shakti Soundar Rajan's Teddy, and is set to star in Pa Ranjith's upcoming directorial.
