Nandita Das to dub her lines in Telugu for Virata Parvam

Bollywood actor Nandita Das has been roped in to play the role of a Naxalite in Rana Daggubati-starrer Virata Parvam. After a small break, she has resumed shooting for the film today in Hyderabad. 

Nandita shared a few pictures from the sets of the film on Twitter. 

The 1947 Earth actor, who is seen interacting with Venu and Dani Sachez in the pictures, revealed that she will be dubbing her own lines in Telugu.

Set against the backdrop of 1990s Telangana, the period political actioner marks Nandita's return to Telugu cinema after 14 years. Also starring Sai Pallavi, Priyamani, Easwari Rao, Zareena Wahab, and Triupuraneni Sai Chand, Virata Parvam revolves around the Maoist movement in that era.

Produced by Suresh Babu and Sudhakar Cherukuri, the film will be released this summer.
