Actor Naga Shaurya, who was last seen in Ashwathama, will commence shooting for his new movie on February 19. Billed to be a romcom, the untitled film, which will mark the debut of Lakshmi Sowjanya as the director, was launched today in Hyderabad. The film also features Ritu Varma as the leading lady and it marks her first collaboration with Shaurya.

The production house, Sithara Entertainments took to Twitter to announce the news and wrote, "Sithara Entertainments, Production No. 8 featuring Naga Shaurya, Ritu Varma commenced today in Hyderabad, with pooja ceremony. Directed by debutant Lakshmi Sowjanya and produced by Naga Vamsi. Regular shoot starts from February 19."

The film will be shot in the picturesque locales of Hyderabad, Darjeeling, Dehradun, Kerala, Visakhapatnam, and Paris. Ashwathama will have music by Vishal Chandrasekhar.
