Lokesh Kanagaraj-Karthi’s Kaithi to get a Hindi remake

Starring Karthi, Narein, Arjun Das, and George Maryan, Kaithi revolves around an ex-convict who sets out to see his daughter but gets caught in an extraordinary situation

One of last year’s biggest hits Kaithi will now get a Hindi remake. In an official statement, Dream Warrior Pictures has announced a collaboration with Reliance Entertainment to co-produce the Hindi version. However, the statement does not reveal the cast and crew of the remake.

Kaithi is a gripping thriller and a tribute to all celebrated cop-criminal actioners one can think of. Yet, it is one you have never seen. We look forward to this collaboration and working with a great creative team that will do justice to the Hindi version,” said Shibarish sarkar, Group CEO, Reliance Entertainment.

It is said that a big star will be roped in for the remake.
