Director Sampath Nandi has reunited with his Bengal Tiger producer Radha Mohan for his next film, which will mark the debut of his associate Ashok Teja as the director.

Billed to be a crime thriller, the untitled film was launched today in a private ceremony in Hyderabad. "Principal photography will commence in the first week of September and will continue without a break until the completion. The lead cast and crew of the film has been finalised and we will make an announcement soon," says Radha Mohan.

While Sampath will be penning the story, dialogues and screenplay for the untitled film, cinematography will be handled by Praveen Anumolu.

Sampath, on the other hand, is directing a sports drama, Seetimaarr, featuring Gopichand, Tamannaah Bhatia and Digangana Suryavanshi in the lead roles. The film's shooting has been halted due to the Covid-19 outbreak, but will resume production soon.
