The list of Emmy nominations for 2019 have been announced and Netflix's Hindi originals, Lust Stories and Sacred Games are in contention under the International award category. Lust Stories has been nominated under the Best Miniseries category while Sacred Games is nominated for Best Drama.

Radhika Apte is among the nominees for Best Performance by an Actress, alongside Jenna Coleman (BBC's The Cry), Marjorie Estiano (Brazil's Sob Pressão Season 2) and Marina Gera in (Hungary's Orok Tel). 

She is nominated for her role in Lust Stories. In the short directed by Anurag Kashyap, Radhika played a married college professor who has a fling with her student.

The Emmy awards ceremony is scheduled to take place on November 25 in New York City.
