Varun Dhawan, Sriram Raghavan reunite for Arun Khetarpal biopic 

The yet-to-be-titled film will be produced by Dinesh Vijan

Four years after Badlapur, Varun Dhawan and Sriram Raghavan are reuniting for a new film. The duo will be collaborating on a biopic of Second Lieutenant Arun Khetarpal, who was killed in action in the Battle of Basantar during the Indo-Pak War of 1971. He was 21 years old. 

For his bravery, Arun was posthumously awarded the Param Vir Chakra, becoming the youngest recipient of the honour. 

Sriram Raghavan’s last film was Andhadhun. The comedy thriller won three National Film Awards for Best Actor (Ayushmann Khurrana), Best Hindi Film and Best Screenplay. 

Varun Dhawan’s upcoming film is Street Dancer 3D. He will also be seen in Coolie. No. 1, co-starring Sara Ali Khan.
