VJ Ananthi, who had been a popular video jockey and YouTube actor before making her Kollywood debut with the Jayam Ravi-starrer Comali, will next be seen in an important role in Atlee's Bigil, starring Vijay.

Ananthi has also recently shot for a role in Suriya-starrer, Soorarai Pottru, directed by Sudha Kongara.

The actor confirmed this when she was asked about it on Twitter by Comali-director Pradeep Ranganathan.

Ananthi played Jayam Ravi's sister and Yogi Babu's wife in Comali, which received good response from the audience.
