Thankar Bachan, who last made Kalavaadiya Pozhuthugal, is back to directing films and he will be launching his son Vijith Bachan as a hero with the new film. It has been announced that the film has been titled Takku Mukku Tikku Thaalam. 

It can be noted that Gaana Karunkuyile song from Sethu has the gibberish lyrics, "..takku mukku tikku thaalam.." The film will star Milana Nagaraj and Ashwini Chandrasekhar as the female leads. 

Cinematographer-turned-filmmaker Thankar Bachan is known for his films like Azhagi, Solla Marandha Kathai, Thendral, and Pallikoodam.
