A new lyric video from the Dhanush starrer Asuran has been released online. Titled "Blood Bath," we see visuals of Dhanush on a murdering spree, as the title hints. Sung by Arunraja Kamaraj (Also the lyricist) and Chorus, the film has G.V. Prakash Kumar taking up the music directorial duties.

Vetrimaaran had disclosed that Dhanush will be seen playing the roles of a father and son in Asuran. The song gives us new looks of both the characters that the actor would essay in the film.

Based on Poomani’s Vekkai novel, Asuran is said to be a rural drama set between the 60s and 80s. The film also stars Manju Warrier (in her Tamil debut), Pasupathy, Balaji Shakthivel, Karunas’ son, Ken, and Pawan in pivotal roles. Asuran, bankrolled by Kalaipuli S Thanu under his V Creation banner. The film will hit the screens on October 4, right before the Dussehra weekend.
