Sumanth-Pradeep Krishnamoorthy's film titled Kapatadhaari

Actor Sumanth's upcoming film with director Pradeep Krishnamoorthy has finally got a title. A remake of the Kannada hit Kavaludaari, the film has been titled Kapatadhaari in Telugu.

Actor Nagarjuna has released the motion poster of the film, which is being made simultaneously in Telugu and Tamil.


While Sibiraj will star in the Tamil version titled Kabadadaari, the Telugu version will see Sumanth stepping into the shoes of Rishi as a traffic cop. Sumanth has reportedly gone for a makeover and is sporting a moustache for his role. The film's shooting is currently underway in Chennai.

Produced by Dhananjayan G, Kapatadhaari also features Nandita Swetha, Pooja Kumar, Nasser, and Jayaprakash in crucial roles.

Simon K King is scoring the music for the film, which is expected to land in cinemas in March 2020.
