Damayanti's audio launch is set to take place on November 12, which is also the birthday of the film's female lead Radhika Kumaraswamy. The makers are planning a grand event with Kannada star Darshan in attendance. Darshan and Radhika Kumaraswamy have worked together previously and shared screen space in films like Anatharu and Mandya

Director Navarsan says he is overwhelmed as Darshan has spoken in praise of Damayanti after watching the rushes of the film.

Damayanti will get a simultaneous release in all the four south Indian languages, and the makers are planning separate audio launches for each state. The Tamil audio launch will be graced by actors Vishal and Arya. On the other hand, the audio launch in Telugu will have Anushka Shetty as the chief guest, while Mohanlal is expected to launch the audio of the Malayalam version.

A period horror film is set in the 1980s, Damayanti also features veteran producer and actor GK Reddy along with Sadhu Kokila, Vijay Chendoor, Tabla Nani, Pavan, and Karthik in the star cast.

Radhika, meanwhile, also has another film in the pipeline, titled Bhairadevi.
