Fresh from the success of Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy, Chiranjeevi is gearing up to don a powerful role in his next film, tentatively referred to as Chiru 152. The actor will be seen in two distinct looks as Govind and Acharya in the action entertainer directed by Koratala Siva.

Set in the backdrop of Srikakulam, the film is about a middle-aged Naxalite-turned-social reformer who launches a fight against the Endowments Department over misappropriation and embezzlement of temple funds and donations. It is learnt that the story is a contemporary take on several incidents that rocked the Telugu States in recent times.

The art department has already built two sets replicating a middle-class colony in Kokapet and are also contemplating the construction of another set resembling the Simhachalam Varaha Lakshmi Narasimha temple.

Trisha has been roped in as the female lead for the film produced by Niranjan Reddy of Matinee Entertainment, in association with Ram Charan's Konidela Productions.
