We had previously reported that Jyotika is working on a social drama bankrolled by SR Prabhu's Dream Warrior Pictures and directed by debutant Gowthamraj. The title of the film has been revealed today as Raatchasi, along with a first look. The poster features a saree-clad Jyotika as teacher Geetha Rani and she is seen seated on a desk in front of a wall with pictures of leaders like BR Ambedkar, and Gandhi. 

The trailer of the film is out now. Raatchasi has music by Sean Roldan and cinematography by Monster-fame Gokul Benoy. It can be noted that the title and trailer announcement of the film has been planned to coincide with the release of Dream Warrior's other film, NGK, starring Suriya in the lead. 

Apart from this project, Jyotika has Kalyan's Jackpot, alongside Revathi, and Jeethu Joseph's untitled film with Karthi in her kitty.
