Nani, who's fresh from the success of Jersey, will be teaming up with Vikram K Kumar next for Gang Leader. The film is an anthology of five short stories featuring women from different stages of life.

In a statement today, the production house of the film, Mythri Movie Makers, has announced that Gang Leader will get a release worldwide on August 30. The film is in the last leg of production and the final schedule has commenced on May 14. Currently, the shooting is underway in Shamshabad and the team is planning to complete the entire production by the end of June.

Karthikeya Gummakonda of RX 100 fame is turning villain with this film, which also marks the debut of Priyanka Arul Mohan in a pivotal role. Also, Shruti Sharma has been roped in to play Nani's sister. Anirudh Ravichander will be composing the music.
