Veteran actor, Seetha, who was last seen playing a small role in Dhanush-starrer Thanga Magan (2015) in Tamil, has joined the cast of Jeetu Joseph's next in Tamil, starring Jyotika, Karthi, and Sathyaraj. The yet-to-be-titled film, produced by Suraj from Parallel Minds Productions in association with Viacom18 Studios, will have Sathyaraj playing the father of Jyotika and Karthi. 90 ML fame Anson Paul plays the primary antagonist. 

The project, which happens to be Jeethu Joseph’s second Tamil directorial after Papanasam, went on floors in Goa last month. Scripted by Jeethu, Rensil D’Silva, and Manikandan, the film with music by Govind Vasantha, and cinematography by RD Rajasekar, is expected to get a release in October.

Seetha, meanwhile, has also signed Kolaigaran, an upcoming action thriller starring Action King Arjun and Vijay Antony, and directed by debutant Andrew Louis. This film, in all probability, will be Seetha's reentry film in Tamil.
