Kannada film David to have world premiere at Cannes Film Festival

Kannada film David is all set for a world premiere at the Cannes Film Festival. It is directed by Bargav Yogambar, who has previously worked as an associate director in the Australian film, Taxi Club.

Interestingly, David is the name of the villain in the film. There are four parallel stories in the film, which stars Peter Grabinski in a major role. The actor has previously worked in Hollywood and also in South Indian films such as Singham 3 and Lingaa.

David, comprising a huge star cast — Shreyas Chinga, Avinash Yelandur, Sarah Harish, Bullet Prakash, Rakesh Adiga, Prathap Narayan, Kaavya Shaa and Navya Ramesh — has background score by Lovv Praan Mehta. The cinematography is by Steve Rice and Deva.
