Dheeren Rajkumar faced an interesting challenge while dubbing for his debut, Daari Tapida Maga, directed by Anil Kumar. The director put down some unusual conditions like asking Dheeren to come for his dubbing early in the morning without brushing his teeth and to not have any conversations with those in the studio.

The reason for this, we hear, is that the filmmaker wanted him to have a bass voice. According to Anil, this exercise, which was done for a week, worked well. “This was just a rough version, and he will have to do this again for the final version,” the director tells us.

Meanwhile, Manvitha Harish, the film's heroine, who was shooting in Jodhpur for Rajasthan Diaries is back in Bengaluru, and will soon start dubbing for her portions. Daari Tapida Maga, made under Jayanna Combines, has music by Arjun Janya and cinematography by Shivu. The cast includes senior actors Charan Raj, Chikkanna, and Sadhu Kokila.
