Director Sasi's follow-up to the superhit Vijay Antony-starrer, Pichaikaaran, has been titled Sivappu Manjal Pachai. 

With actors Siddharth and GV Prakash Kumar playing the lead roles, the film is touted to be a romantic comedy. The poster, which was released earlier today, lends credence to the speculation that Siddharth plays a traffic cop and GV Prakash a street racer. 

While Malayalam actor Lijomol Jose is said to play GV Prakash's sister, and Siddharth's love interest, debutante Kashmira is paired opposite the Sarvam Thaala Mayam actor. 

Also starring Nakkalites-fame Dhanam, and Madhusudanan in important roles, Sivappu Manjal Pachai, has music by debutant Siddhu Kumar, and editing by San Lokesh of Ratsasan fame. 

Bankrolled by Rajesh P Pillai of Abhishek films, the film is in its final stages of shooting and is expected to hit the screens this Summer. 

Meanwhile, GV Prakash has a bunch of films in the pipeline, including Kuppathu Raja and Watchman, which are set to hit the screens on April 5 and 12 respectively. On the other hand, Siddharth has a horror thriller titled Aruvam, opposite Catherine Tresa, in the works.
