Nine years after the success of Arya 2, director Sukumar has joined hands with actor Allu Arjun for a new film. The highly-anticipated film, temporarily addressed as AA 20, will go on floors later this year. The project will be bankrolled under the banner of Mythri Movie Makers, who earlier made Rangasthalam with Sukumar.

The pre-production work of the film is underway and the makers are yet to announce details about the cast and crew of the project. The director-actor duo had also previously worked together in Arya and speculations were rife that the duo might come up with the third instalment of the franchise.

Meanwhile, the Sarrainodu actor’s next film to be directed by Trivikram Srinivas will go on floors in the second week of April.
