The actor has bagged his first TV project, Gone Hollywood, since the HBO hit series ended.

Game of Thrones star Nikolaj Coster-Waldau has bagged his first TV project, Gone Hollywood, since the HBO hit series ended. The actor will play Jack DeVoe in the series, and will be joined on screen by Game of Thrones co-star, Jonathan Pryce.  Lola Kirke, Ben Schnetzer, and Judd Hirsch have also been roped in.

According to reports, Gone Hollywood, which was written by and is being directed by Ted Griffin, follows a group of talent agents who defect from an old-guard institution to found their own. Quickly skyrocketing to dominance, the new agency disrupts the industry and changes movies forever. The show is expected to blend its fictional characters with real-life entertainment figures and events of the time.

The show will be a mix of real Hollywood history and figures and fictional characters and set-up. Ted Griffin will pen and direct. Griffin is also attached to executive produce, along with Scott Rudin, Eli Bush, Garrett Basch, Shawn Ryan, and Marney Hochman.
