Darshan-starrer Roberrt, directed by Tharun Kishore Sudhir, has been creating considerable hype with its poster. With only Jagapathi Babu confirmed to be on board, the search is on for the rest of the cast, including the heroine. 

While a list of names has been doing the rounds, the latest we hear is that Mehreen Pirzada may be paired opposite the Challenging Star. Mehreen, who was recently part of the hit Telugu film, F2 – Fun and Frustration, has appeared in a couple of Tamil films too.

“Mehreen is among the heroines who have been approached by the makers, and she is in the final list,” a source told Cinema Express. 

Whether Mehreen will make her debut in Kannada is something we will know after a confirmation comes from the director Tharun Sudhir and the production house (Umapathy Films). Meanwhile, the film’s shooting is currently going on in Bengaluru.
