Thumbaa, a VFX-heavy film that stars Darshan (of Kanaa fame), Dheena and Keerthi Pandian as the leads, will have a song sung by Sivakarthikeyan.

The Mr Local actor has sung a song named Humpty Dumpty, composed by Santhosh Dhayanidhi. The lyrics for the song have been written by Ku Karthik. The makers made the announcement by releasing a promo featuring Sivakarthikeyan himself.  

Thumbaa is directed by Harish Ram, who worked as an assistant to RS Durai Senthilkumar on films like Ethir Neechal, Kaaki Sattai, and Kodi. Promoted as a fun, adventure film, Thumbaa made headlines for its quirky promo featuring an animated tiger. The film will have music by multiple composers — Anirudh, Orasaadha-fame duo Vivek-Mervin, and Santhosh.

The film, bankrolled by Surekha Nyapati, will be released on June 21.
