A recent video of Salman Khan slapping a security personnel for allegedly misbehaving with a young fan has gone viral on social media. The incident took place at the premiere of Bharat in Mumbai. In the video, we can see Salman being escorted outside the venue as fans cheer for their beloved ‘bhaai’. Suddenly, the actor, supposedly noticing a scuffle between the guard and the fan, stops and slaps the man. As an angry Salman casts a reprimanding gaze at the guard, microphones swirl around him and the video cuts off. 

The incident has drawn mixed reactions online, with some netizens commending the actor’s behavior while others have defended the guard for doing his job. As per reports, the unidentified man has been removed from Salman’s entourage, which is headed by his personal bodyguard Gurmeet Singh aka Shera. Previously, new reports circulated about scuffles between the actor's bodyguard and a fan waiting outside his house to see him.

Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, Bharat was released on Wednesday (June 5). The film has earned a total collection of Rs. 42.3 crore at the box-office on Day 1.
